Purpose
These Terms of Service (hereinafter “ToS”) define the conditions of access to and use of the ChronoLobe platform (hereinafter “the Platform”), published and operated by Exyrun. By accessing the Platform, the user (hereinafter “the User”) agrees to these ToS without reservation.
Services provided
ChronoLobe is a time and task management application that enables: the creation, scheduling, and tracking of tasks, tracking time spent on activities, generating analytics and productivity insights, collaborative features (task and project sharing).
Access to the Platform
Access to the Platform requires an Internet connection and a compatible device. Some features are available free of charge (Freemium plan). Others require a paid subscription (Pro, Teams, etc.). The User is responsible for providing accurate information when creating their account.
User obligations
The User agrees to: use the Platform in compliance with applicable laws, not use the Platform for fraudulent purposes, unauthorized commercial activities, or to disrupt its proper functioning, keep their login credentials confidential.
Responsibilities
ChronoLobe makes every effort to ensure the availability and security of the Platform but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service, free of bugs or errors. ChronoLobe shall not be held liable for any loss of data, indirect damages, or consequences resulting from the use of the Platform. The User remains solely responsible for the content they input into the application.
Personal data
ChronoLobe processes certain personal data in accordance with applicable legislation (GDPR) and its Privacy Policy, available on the website.
Intellectual property
The Platform, its content, trademarks, logos, and design are the exclusive property of Exyrun. Any reproduction, representation, or unauthorized use is prohibited.
Subscriptions and billing
Subscription prices are indicated in euros, including taxes. Payments are made through secure payment providers. The User may cancel their subscription at any time, but no refunds will be issued for already-started billing periods.
Suspension and Termination
ChronoLobe reserves the right to suspend or delete the account of any User who violates these ToS, without notice or compensation.
Changes to the ToS
ChronoLobe may update these ToS at any time. Users will be notified by appropriate means. Continued use of the Platform after changes indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These ToS are governed by French law. Any dispute shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts where Exyrun is headquartered.
